- These people are scum, they call and will not identify themselves or the name of the company. They then ask you to identify the last 4 a social security number, your home address and any other information. When I stated that they had my maiden name, the guy then stated that he would indicate that my name had changed and closed the account, then hung up on me. I think this pretty much meant that he didn't have a case anyway. When I called back he tried to say that he will report me for harassment, hmm so I am harassing you by asking your name, the name of the company and who will be sending me paperwork to appear in court? I plan to show up and explain to the judge what was said so that they can see how these people are harassing whomever they bought information on to pay a bill that is past the statute of limitations. I have been married to my husband for 12 years, these people have already wrote this off on my credit and now they are tryin to get me to pay for something twice. Scum of the earth
