- Real scam, fake caller ID, your name search says Bergner's. It is not. The one time I got someone to answer it was Senior Health Advisors. They have an auto response system designed to solicit a particular response from callers based upon what they say. Once you have called back and they did not get what they want, all you get is "this is customer service " of course all agents are busy. They even solicit and afirmative response when you attempt to be added to the do not call list. Again, this us not Bergner's.
