Continual harassing telemarketing phone calls in which they do not stop and are very frequent! This lady looks like she is calling from her cell phone and wants to offer people lowering their interest rate on their credit cards. It looks like and smells like it is a scam to get personal information and potentially cause identity theft disabled and elderly and other disadvantaged people, and just anyone! But, in my opinion, it looks like she is trying to Target elderly people who do not have a lot of money and create a scam of identity theft against them by using lowering their credit card percentage of what they are paying to scam them out of a lot of money through an identity theft by getting their personal information! Her introductory message that gives you the opportunity to press "1" for more information or "2" if you want to opt out of being called again -- the "2" that she's so pleasantly tells you to press to opt out of being called again, does not work -- which tells me that she is calling from a cell phone even more, and the way that her personal name comes up on the caller ID along with her phone number -- which leads me to believe that it is even more of a scam of taking advantage of disabled and elderly people and just anyone by using this tactic of lowering interest rates on their credit card(s) to get their personal information -- and commit identity theft! It is coming from a Hawaii phone number -- because it is an 808 area code -- so she is even local here, in State, to the people of Hawaii! So if any of you get caught up with her and get taken advantage of and get identity theft committed against you and money taken out of your accounts, she is local to the State of Hawaii -- where the Attorney General's office could very easily handle it for you and handle her for you, in Prosecuting her, if she is just kind of person that has taken advantage of you! For those of you who have not given her any information, PLEASE DON'T! SHE SEEMS LIKE AND SOUNDS LIKE A DANGEROUS PERSON TO YOUR ECONOMIC WELFARE ON A TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT BASIS -- WHICH HPD (HONOLULU POLICE DEPAETMENT AND OTHER LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES TAKE THIS VERY SERIOUSLY! I make this notice for everyone's welfare who would get sucked into her trap, if she is using your personal information to commit identity theft, and suck a lot of money out of you -- for her own greed and selfishness, to make a quick buck -- LEAVING YOU BROKE BROKE! This sort of thing is not easy to recover from! Besides, no legitimate person that is trying to lower interest rates for you on your credit card would be calling from a personal number, rather than a bank that identifies themself in a letter to you, on Bank letterhead, from your bank -- in which year Bank, or any legitimate person, doing this, would not call you from a personal number in which their option to opt out does not work!
