- Someone named Tom Gilcrest called me from this number informing me of a judgement from 2003 on an old credit card that I knew nothing about I thought it was a scam because everyone on here said it was... I asked for documentation he gave me a docket # in which the court suprisingly verified it was legit I tried to set up a payment plan with the court because I did not have $6000 and they told me I had to call Tom or the lawyer's office back representing Norfolk Financial Corp which is the company that sued me he would not give me a settlement so I told him I would call back when I was able to get the money. Today I got a notice in the mail from my bank stating that a levy has taken place for 3-5 months or until the judgement is paid and also my employer has notified me of a wage garnishment. I called my Local police dept and they checked out the docket number and spoke with Tom and all checked out to be true. I just dont see how this can happen to me when I knew nothing about this. Now I am going to be homeless because I can't pay my rent.
