- a man called trying to update my business phone info. free trial. i told him very politely no thank you but he kept pushing and i said again no we do not want it and then he said o so you are owner and you make the decisions and something about a cancellation fee and AGAIN i said no i am not but he has told me many times he does not want this and i have told many other of your callers that we want to be taken off the list and you still continue to call! and he got pissed and said very rudely OK so you pay then bills then! and i said yes i handle ALL of the bills for our company and he replied fine then you will be the one to get the cancellation fee and pay it so i responded (extreamly pissed off and annoyed) FINE then you can leave him a voicemail about it! ... but he didnt leave one of course! and i called back and there was no ring or anything just silence!!
