- The first call I answered came in 0955hrs but I didn't answer. The second call at 1009hrs and the caller asked for me by name. He then asked if I had a "bladder suspension" done in the past. I said I had. He told me to hold so I could speak to a supervisor about filing a law suit. I immediately told him I was "not interested, thank you" and I hung up. 2 minutes later, at 1011hrs, the same male called back. I answered the call and immediately told him that I had just spoken to him and to never call our number again, and that we were on the National No Call List. At 1012hrs the same number called in and I didn't answer. Three (3) minutes later, 1015hrs, the same number called, I answered and, not giving the caller a chance to say anything, I informed the caller that I was going to call the FCC and file a complaint about the repeated calls. The caller hung up.
