- they send robocalls and at the end ask if you want to be taken off the list and I have asked to be taken off by punching the "take me off your list" option #. I also spoke with a man in their office about it who assured me that I would be taken off. I still got a call - this has been 2 years of unwanted calls. I also sent a letter to ask that I be taken off their calls and mailing list. After this last call, I selected the option to be taken off plus called the office and left a message to be taken off.
