- This is a spam caller. They state that I was interested in health insurance. They also state that I had signed up for it online. I did not. They continue to call. They have called three times today and its only 1 pm. When I inform the caller that I did not sign up for insurance, they continue with their sales pitch, ignoring me completely. Apparently, they are just reading it. I just hang up. I normally do not answer the phone, unless I know who's calling. However, I was expecting an important call. Once you answer, they will keep calling because now they know you are home. It is a sales tactic used in cold calling.
